AI and Empathy
What is empathy when AI's don't really feel? What are the important use cases for "empathetic" AIs? What is important to empathy ... words, sound, visuals? What cues can AIs use in order to manifest empathy? Perhaps visit Testing the Depths of AI Empathy: Q3 2024 Benchmarks before the dinner.
Synchronizing Nature, Time and Economics: AI in Collective Mindfulness
During this dinner, we’ll have a thoughtful conversation about how AI and mindfulness can support individuals in refocusing their attention amidst the distractions of modern life, by fostering a reconnection with nature and the flow of time. Together, we’ll explore how AI might help us tune into bodily sensations, enhancing our present-moment awareness and aligning our attention with the natural world’s rhythms. We’ll also consider how AI might foster collective mindfulness, potentially enhancing group synergy and well-being.
Spirituality & AI
The rise of AI is occurring at the same time spirituality is growing increasingly untethered from traditional institutions. This opens so many interesting possibilities and questions ranging from the nature of consciousness and what it means to be human to how AI can support spiritual practices and holistic living.
Join us for an engaging conversation and wonderful dinner around these questions and all of your own!
The hosts - Amanda and Jonathan - are experienced practitioners of a variety of contemplative spiritualities and have engaged AI both from the technical side and in spiritual practice.

AI & Climate Change
I was inspired at last year's Wisdom & AI Summit by Diego Saez-Gil's presentation "AI and The Environmental Crisis: Addressing Climate with AI". The intersection of AI and climate change is multifaceted. One the one hand, many are worried about AI causing increased emissions due the rapidly growing demand for electricity. On the other hand, Diego and many others are working on amazing ways to use AI to help us create climate change solutions.
Please come prepared to share your ideas, concerns and hopes about how best to navigate this rapidly emerging landscape of possibilities.
Ethical Sales, Diverse Leadership, Sustainable Development
The dinner will serve as a collaborative space to explore the Boardroom Dominatrix approach to revenue growth—a bold, unapologetic strategy that harnesses power dynamics, consent, and clear boundaries to generate results. This approach draws on the dominatrix ethos of commanding the room with confidence, clarity, and intentional control, aligning business strategies with ethical and human-centric values to drive transformative outcomes. AI serves as a powerful tool in executing this vision, enabling deeper insights and more precise decision-making.
AI with Heart: Cultivating Self-Compassion in a Tech-Driven World
Join us for an intimate dinner as we explore how artificial intelligence can enhance human capabilities in the workplace while preserving psychological safety and job satisfaction. In a world where interactions with AI are becoming more frequent than those with other humans, we will discuss the potential risks, such as isolation and emotional disconnect, and how leaders can counter these by fostering emotional resilience. Together, we will examine how the brain responds to AI-driven changes and how companies can cultivate environments that prioritize both innovation and human well-being. Additionally, we’ll address the need for robust AI ethics policies that ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of human dignity.
Through dynamic conversation and thoughtful reflection, this dinner will challenge us to rethink the relationship between AI and the human experience in the workplace, encouraging a future where technology and humanity thrive together.
